Automatic Writing Automatic
writing is used in Spiritualism, Spiritism and the New Age movement as a form of channeling. Automatic writing is essentially
writing that is done in an altered state of consciousness that is attributed to spirits of the dead. It is believed that the
spirits literally manipulate the writing utensil in the hands of the medium to communicate, as the writer is often unaware
of what is being written and often even scrawls out text in handwriting that is markedly different than his own. Others believe
that perhaps the spirits may also communicate by forming messages in the mind of the medium, which reproduce on the page.

Cartomancy Cartomancy
is a form of fortune-telling or divination using a deck of cards. The practice of cartomancy has been observed since playing
cards first came into use in Europe in the 14th century. According to some traditions, a deck that is used for cartomancy
should not be used for any other purpose. Cartomancers generally feel that the deck should be treated as a tool and cared
for accordingly. Some cartomancers also feel that the cards should never be touched by anyone other than their owner. |

Channeling, Clairaudience, Clairsentience the communication of information to or through a person, from a purported spirit or other supernatural entity outside
the mind of the channel. Channeling occurs when another consciousness is allowed to align with the channeler for the
purpose of communication and the sharing of information. The channeler steps back in consciousness and allows the entity to
move through them to use their mind, emotions, and vocal chords. Channeling can be used to verify intuitive feelings,
and to view life’s issues and situations with deeper awareness. The spirit guides are able to help most people with
their down-to-earth issues, as well as with diverse and abstract metaphysical concerns. |

Telekinesis Psychokinesis
also known as telekinesis means literally "distant-movement" To use your mind to move things. It also means re-shaping
of objects using the mind's energies, such as bending a spoon, or key, by just holding it and focusing. In telekinesis
one taps into Chi energy then combines it with physical energy. Telekinesis cannot be created by wishingit to happen. For
example, you may try to bend a spoon by focusing on it, but nothing happens. An hour later, you return to look at the spoon,
only to discover it has changed shape. |
